You will develop the capacity to fully inhabit each moment with love, guided by practices in interoception and embodied awareness.
You’ll reclaim play, pleasure, and delight through movement and activities that reconnect you with your body and senses.
You work to create a loving, appreciative relationship to your body and work with its cycles - including menstruation and (peri)menopause.
You'll increase energy and vitality through health, lifestyle, and movement.

I guide people to live open-hearted lives, learning to respond with embodied presence instead of nervous system survival reactions.Before coaching, I earned a BA (Honours) in International Development Studies and an MSc in Environment & Resource Management. I saw firsthand how slow systemic change can be — and how entrenched systems work against the health and well-being of people and the planet.My turning point came when I realized: real change begins within the body.The solutions I was seeking in corporate and governmental policy to resolve suffering and injustice turned out to be band-aids.
