Stiffness, tension, pain, and reduced mobility can quietly become part of everyday life.
You have adapted to the way your body feels now: moving less, avoiding certain movements, accepting aches and recurring injuries as "just part of getting older."
You may not even remember what it feels like to move with ease, strength, and confidence.
